Hi Groww team,
I have been a customer since 15 April 2022 (50 months) and my account has paid Rs 3,60,000 across 60 transactions.
I am evaluating a few alternatives for the same use case as I plan the next 12 months of spend. Before I make a decision I wanted to ask: does Groww have a retention program or annual-commit pricing for long-tenured accounts at my volume?
Even a 10 to 15% credit on the next 12 months would keep me on the platform and we can avoid migration friction on both sides.
