How to raise a grievance

Email or call the Grievance Officer with a description of your concern. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve, or update you on resolution progress, within 30 days.

If your grievance relates to a data breach or potential breach, please mark it as such in the subject line. We are obligated to notify the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours of confirming any personal-data breach.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India directly.
